Our services support you to maintain your chosen lifestyle. We believe that each client is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs. We keep you in control and provide you with the homecare and support that you want, where and when you want it. It’s your life and your care, so it must be your way. Our services are tailored to meet the individuals needs and requirements from short visits to full time care.

Our Bespoke Care Services

We offer flexible care services for you to choose from. These could be anything from a 30 minute visit to live in care. Some customers may want short term help, following an illness or because their usual carer is having a break. Other customers may want long term homecare and support.

Our dedicated team of home care workers are fully trained to:

  • Assist with a ‘good morning’ start to the day, helping you to get up, wash, shower or bathe, get dressed and have breakfast

  • Remind or assist you to take your medicines and collect or return medication from your pharmacy

  • Prepare meals with or for you and assist you at mealtimes

  • Shop with you or help you to make a shopping list, go to the shops, come back and put it all away

  • Help with your laundry or ironing and keeping your home clean and tidy

  • Support you with social activities such as going out for a walk, attending a day centre, visiting friends or family, going to your church or club etc.

  • Give a little pampering when you need it – the occasional visit to organise bathing, clean clothes, fresh bedding and a thoughtfully prepared meal before bedtime

  • At the end of each day, some help with getting ready for bed

Care We Provide

Our services are flexible, professional and reliable, design to prioritise our clients and support them as part of our extended family.

Personal care can include washing, dressing, oral hygiene, toileting and continence care. We understand this can be one of the more difficult types of care to accept and our care workers are mindful of this and work in a professional manner supporting the individual in their routines and helping whenever necessary, this support can include waiting outside the room just in case they are needed.

All our care workers are trained in the latest techniques and respect an individuals dignity, independence and personal price. They can assist clients with bathing, showering, bed baths, shaving, oral hygiene, personal grooming,  toilet assistance or incontinence care.

Often clients can be prescribed a variety of different medications, these may need to be taken at specific times. We can assist individuals to manage their medication, ensuring they take the right pills at the right time. Whether a reminder is all that is required or assistance preparing and administering the medication.

Whether it’s help bathing, shaving, oral hygiene or getting dressed or undressed our care workers are there to help.

Getting regular nourishing meals is essential, for some people remembering to cook, plan or prepare for meals can be forgotten especially if they are only cooking for themselves.

Our staff can assist or cook healthy nutritious meals, to ensure clients remain as healthy as possible. We take the time to understand a client’s likes and dislikes to ensure that food prepared is healthy and enjoyable.

Loneliness can have a dramatic impact on health, our sit in service offers a regular visitor to chat to, someone who will help with tasks or activities. A friendly face to share interests and experiences.

Incontinence is defined as the involuntary loss of urine or faeces, which can significantly disrupt the quality of life of those affected.

  • Many people with incontinence put up with their symptoms for years, yet with our help, incontinence and bladder control problems can be managed.
  • Incontinence can cause individuals embarrassment and shame, and prevent them from carrying out their daily activities.
  • Incontinence can put people at a greater risk of falls, and is a common reason for older people being admitted to a nursing home.

We provide incontinence care by working alongside the local authority incontinence team, keeping yourself or your loved one clean, dry and fresh.

Our aim is to support clients to live in their own home and we can assist with or complete laundry and light domestic cleaning.

Access to the Community enables clients, to have assistance with everyday outings such as going to the hairdressers, shopping, library, meeting friends or going to the cinema as well as accompanying the client to Day Centres, Community Centres, the Post Office or bank. Companionship is a key part of staying healthy and we help clients to enjoy a wide variety of social activities.

Our care workers can help organise shopping lists, take the individual shopping or go their behalf.  Once home they will also help put away the shopping. How much care or help is required varies from one person to the next, we aim to support independence and assist when required.
